The First Commandment: “I am the Lord thy God – thou shalt have no other gods before me.”

Idolatry: the worship of a physical object as a god

The dignitaries, the VIP’s, the CEO’s, the top brass had gathered. Hundreds had come on a warm, a beautiful, California evening. The dusk sunlight still lit the air. The national anthem was sung. Hands covered hearts, the brass stood in uniformed salute as the ear shattering military aircraft flew overhead. It was perfection. Hollywood was humbled.

The stage was set. The CEO of Northrup-Grumman extolled the great accomplishments, the dedication, the unimaginable advances. But this was only the prelude.

Music filled the air, the spotlights were trained on the massive hangar doors, eyes were glued in rapt anticipation. The great unveiling began.

Slowly, slowly the huge doors began to open. Hearts were pounding, breath was short as the image began to appear. And there It was, shrouded in all its Glory – the Great, the All-Powerful, the Magnificent B-21 Raider, the nuclear bomber beyond imagination. Awe, rapture, ruled the crowd as the shroud was removed and the Magnificent, the All-Powerful rolled slowly into the perfect California night.

And then the Magnificent, the B-21, spoke without speaking and the Bible, the Bhagavad-Gita, knew their destiny:

“I am the Lord thy God – thou shalt have no other gods before me. I am become death, destroyer of worlds.”

Please – take the time to watch the Northrup Grumman video of the unveiling of the B-21. At the very least watch minutes 9-13. All Americans should see the hideous spectacle. In all its ugliness, it embodies who we have allowed ourselves to become, who we have allowed the military/industrial/congressional complex, the perpetuator of endless wars, to turn us into.

But the B-21 isn’t the real God. The real, the insatiable God, is Mammon, Money.

The B-21 is yet another terrible death machine designed to slaughter thousands, millions if deemed necessary by an ideologically blinded leadership of state, and a greed driven cabal of weapons production insanity. It is the epitome of history’s latest empire in decadent decline, the militaristic bankrupting of America. It is the specter of evil on Earth. All kneel to the B-21.
